Abstrak

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi sistem berbasis telemetri untuk memantau suhu dan tingkat kekeruhan (turbidity) air pada tambak budidaya. Sistem ini bertujuan mendukung pengelolaan tambak dengan menyediakan data lingkungan secara real-time dan akurat, yang sangat penting untuk menjaga kualitas air. Prototipe yang dikembangkan mengintegrasikan sensor suhu dan kekeruhan yang terhubung ke mikrokontroler, kemudian mengirimkan data secara nirkabel ke platform pemantauan daring. Sistem telemetri ini memungkinkan pengamatan berkelanjutan, pencatatan data, serta deteksi dini terhadap perubahan kondisi air yang dapat memengaruhi kesehatan organisme budidaya. Data yang terkumpul membantu pengelola tambak mengambil keputusan lebih cepat dan tepat terkait aerasi, jadwal pemberian pakan, serta pengelolaan kualitas air. Hasil uji lapangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini berfungsi dengan stabil dan memberikan hasil pengukuran yang konsisten dengan keterlambatan minimal. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teknologi telemetri dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan tambak, mengurangi kesalahan pengukuran manual, dan mendorong keberlanjutan melalui pemantauan sumber daya air yang lebih baik. Pendekatan ini berpotensi diterapkan secara luas pada sektor akuakultur, terutama di wilayah pedesaan dengan keterbatasan akses terhadap alat pemantauan modern.
