Publication Ethics

Publication and Authorship

  1. All submitted papers are subject to a strict peer-review process by at least two international reviewers who are experts in the field.

  2. The review process is conducted using a double-blind peer review method.

  3. Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on relevance, soundness, significance, originality, readability, and language.

  4. Possible decisions include: acceptance, acceptance with revisions, or rejection.

  5. If authors are asked to revise and resubmit, it does not guarantee acceptance.

  6. Rejected manuscripts will not be re-reviewed.

  7. Acceptance of a paper is subject to legal requirements regarding libel, copyright, and plagiarism.

  8. A manuscript cannot be published in more than one journal.

Authors’ Responsibilities

  1. Authors must certify that their work is original.

  2. Authors must certify that the manuscript has not been previously published.

  3. Authors must certify that the manuscript is not under consideration elsewhere.

  4. Authors must participate in the peer review process.

  5. Authors are responsible for retracting or correcting errors.

  6. All listed authors must have significantly contributed to the research.

  7. Authors must confirm that all data are real and authentic.

  8. Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest.

  9. Authors must properly cite all sources used.

  10. Authors must notify the editors of any discovered errors in their published article.

Reviewers’ Responsibilities

  1. Reviewers must keep all manuscript information confidential.

  2. Reviews must be objective and avoid personal criticism.

  3. Reviewers should provide clear, supported feedback.

  4. Reviewers must identify relevant uncited work.

  5. Reviewers must report any similarity with other published works.

  6. Reviewers should decline to review if they have a conflict of interest with the authors, institutions, or content.

Editors’ Responsibilities

  1. Editors have full authority to accept or reject submissions.

  2. Editors are responsible for the journal’s content and overall quality.

  3. Editors must consider the needs of authors and readers.

  4. Editors must ensure the integrity and academic quality of publications.

  5. Editors must issue corrections when necessary.

  6. Editors should disclose research funding sources.

  7. Editorial decisions must be based on significance, originality, clarity, and relevance to the journal’s scope.

  8. Editors must not reverse decisions without valid reasons.

  9. Editors must protect the anonymity of reviewers.

  10. Editors must ensure ethical compliance of all published research.

  11. Editors should only accept papers when reasonably certain of their quality.

  12. Editors must act in cases of suspected misconduct and seek resolution.

  13. Editors must not reject papers based solely on suspicion without proof.

  14. Editors must prevent conflicts of interest among staff, authors, reviewers, and editorial board members.
