Pengaruh Literasi Digital dan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi terhadap Kompetensi Riset Mahasiswa

Perkembangan teknologi digital di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi dalam beberapa tahun terakhir menunjukkan peningkatan yang pesat, terutama dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran serta aktivitas penelitian mahasiswa. Namun demikian, masih terdapat kesenjangan antara kemampuan pemanfaatan teknologi dan kompetensi riset mahasiswa, khususnya dalam mengolah informasi secara kritis dan terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh literasi digital dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kompetensi riset mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, di mana data diperoleh melalui kuesioner terhadap 100 responden mahasiswa dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi secara simultan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi riset mahasiswa dengan kontribusi sebesar 62%. Secara individual, literasi digital memiliki pengaruh yang lebih kuat dibandingkan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa literasi digital tidak hanya berperan sebagai keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga sebagai dasar kognitif dalam mendukung proses penelitian, sedangkan teknologi informasi berfungsi sebagai sarana pendukung dalam akses serta pengolahan informasi. Kesimpulannya, kedua variabel tersebut memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kompetensi riset mahasiswa, meskipun masih terdapat faktor lain yang belum dianalisis dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menambahkan variabel seperti motivasi belajar dan lingkungan akademik agar memperoleh hasil yang lebih komprehensif.
