Building outstanding employee performance through Transformational Leadership, organizational culture, and commitment at PT. Jaya Alim Mix, Sampang Regency

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, as well as to determine the variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance at PT. Jaya Alim Mix. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis method with a sample size of 50 employees in the company. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to employees, then analyzed using t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination tests.
The results show that the three independent variables, namely transformational leadership, organizational culture, and organizational commitment, have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, transformational leadership has a significance value of 0.020, organizational culture of 0.000, and organizational commitment of 0.035, all of which are less than 0.05. Simultaneously, the three variables also have a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. In addition, the analysis results show that organizational culture is the variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance with the highest Beta value of 0.510. This finding indicates that improving a positive organizational culture can have the greatest impact on improving employee performance. Therefore, companies are advised to strengthen the implementation of a healthy and performance-oriented organizational culture, accompanied by the application of transformational leadership styles and increased employee commitment. The combination of these three factors is believed to be capable of creating high-performing, loyal human resources who contribute optimally to the achievement of organizational goals.
