Abstrak

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mengubah paradigma pendidikan global menuju sistem pembelajaran digital yang lebih fleksibel dan terintegrasi. Era digitalisasi menuntut lembaga pendidikan untuk beradaptasi dengan pemanfaatan teknologi jaringan komputer, kecerdasan buatan, dan platform digital dalam menunjang proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi transformasi pendidikan berbasis teknologi, mencakup kesiapan infrastruktur jaringan, kompetensi digital pendidik, efektivitas pembelajaran daring, serta dukungan kebijakan institusional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan dukungan data kuantitatif, melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner daring terhadap 60 responden dari berbagai perguruan tinggi yang telah menerapkan sistem pembelajaran digital. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode triangulasi dan model Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 48% institusi memiliki infrastruktur jaringan sangat baik, 68% pendidik telah menguasai LMS dan media pembelajaran digital, serta tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran daring mencapai 79%. Faktor pendukung utama transformasi pendidikan digital adalah keandalan jaringan, kesiapan SDM, dan kebijakan institusional. Sementara itu, kendala yang muncul meliputi kesenjangan digital, keterbatasan pelatihan, dan isu keamanan data. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan transformasi pendidikan di era digitalisasi ditentukan oleh sinergi antara teknologi, manusia, dan organisasi. Model konseptual berbasis Technology–Organization–Human Framework terbukti efektif menggambarkan hubungan antar faktor tersebut. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh kecerdasan buatan dan big data analytics dalam peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran digital.
