Abstrak

Proyek kerja praktik ini dilaksanakan di SMKS Al-Mujtama’ Pamekasan dengan tujuan merancang dan mengembangkan sistem Business Intelligence (BI) yang berfungsi untuk menganalisis data akademik serta mendukung strategi penerimaan peserta didik baru. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengolah dan menampilkan data akademik dalam bentuk visualisasi interaktif, sehingga pihak sekolah dapat melakukan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data (Data-Driven Decision Making – DDDM) secara lebih efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja CDIO (Conceive–Design–Implement–Operate) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, yang berfokus pada pengolahan data numerik seperti nilai akademik siswa, asal wilayah calon peserta didik, dan latar belakang orang tua. Data dikumpulkan melalui kegiatan observasi serta dokumentasi terhadap basis data akademik sekolah, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan analisis sebelum dan sesudah (before–after) berbasis BI. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini berupa dashboard Business Intelligence berbasis web yang mampu menampilkan informasi akademik secara real-time, meliputi grafik kinerja siswa, peta persebaran wilayah pendaftar, serta analisis karakteristik orang tua. Implementasi sistem BI ini terbukti memberikan kontribusi positif bagi sekolah dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis, terutama dalam kegiatan promosi dan seleksi penerimaan peserta didik baru.
